NI Water Major Non Infrastructure Framework

As a partner in DLG Water, Lowry Building & Civil Engineering deliver major non infrastructure works for Norther Ireland Water through a programme of quality enhancement treatment works, a significant base maintenance programme within the water and wastewater functions under the PC15 Business Plan.

This integrated framework encourages and promotes collaboration with Northern Ireland Water’s team and stakeholders. Works mostly consist of Wastewater and Water Treatment Process Works, the design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the civil, environmental, process, mechanical and electrical elements or the up-grade/ refurbishment and extension of existing WwTWs or WTWs to achieve the defined outputs whilst delivering operational efficiencies.

Design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning or refurbishment and extension of service reservoirs, sea outfalls, combined storm overflows, pumping stations, building and civil engineering works are also delivered.
