Recently some of our LBCE Management Team completed a bespoke Leadership Programme with @beecomemore exploring key leadership topics including:
– High-performance teamwork
– Effective communication
– Authentic leadership
Focusing on the needs of both the workforce and the industry, it was a really enjoyable and worthwhile programme helping to further develop our leadership and management skills!
