Responsibilities Include:
- Helpdesk administration and escalation
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of company’s LAN, WAN, WI-FI, and firewall infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Complete routine maintenance on company hardware
- Work with Active Directory/ M365 Admin
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects
- Incident Management
Essential Criteria:
- 3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desirable
- Full, clean driving licence
- Approximately 1 year’s relevant experience in supporting, implementing, or managing IT services (or equivalent)
- Experience troubleshooting a broad range of end-user IT issues
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working with and supporting a Microsoft 365 tenant environment
- Proven ability to log, prioritise, and resolve IT incidents in line with agreed service levels
- Strong background in delivering end-user support, both remotely and on-site
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, access control, and configuration
- Ability to take a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity issues
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and tickets is essential
