Recently some of our LBCE Management Team completed a bespoke Leadership Programme with @beecomemore exploring key leadership topics including:
– High-performance teamwork
– Effective communication
– Authentic leadership
Focusing on the needs of both the workforce and the industry, it was a really enjoyable and worthwhile programme helping to further develop our leadership and management skills!
LBCE are delighted to have once again completed our annual Safe T Cert audit and maintained our Grade A status!

At LBCE, we want everyone to feel safe and confident when working with and around machinery on site – so we recently held our ‘See What They See’ plant awareness session, focusing on blind spots, restricted view, and added safety features on plant.
Everyone got the opportunity to sit in various types of machinery and see for themselves the sometimes restricted view that Plant Operators have, giving them a further understanding of how to act safely around machinery on site.
The LBCE Wellbeing Committee organised a 5-week Pilates programme focusing on all things breathwork and movement as one of many initiatives this year!
Thanks to everyone who joined us, and of course to @as_motiontherapy for giving us a brilliant introduction to Pilates 🧘♀️
Our Mill Strand Integrated Primary School project team were delighted to attend the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Awards ceremony in the Merchant Hotel, Belfast.
Our site team achieved full marks during their CCS visit and received a Bronze National Award for Outstanding Performance!
We had a brilliant time at the 183rd Annual Omagh Show promoting the careers available in the construction industry. Thanks to everyone who stopped by, and to our younger visitors who got well and truly stuck into our mini digger experience – maybe our plant operators in the future!

The Paul Swift Stunt Driving team joined us for another round of team building activities with our LBCE workforce!
Everyone got a chance to try their hand at some hand brake turns and mustang time challenges – and to finish off, two-wheel passenger laps in a Ford Raptor!
