Richard Turkington and Jemma Lowry from Lowry Building & Civil Engineering attended the official opening ceremony of the NIFRS Service Support centre last week. This innovative and bespoke facility designed by HLM Architects, brings together key fire and rescue support functions under the one roof to assist the front line response.
