Continuing our relationship with NI Water
Lowry Building & Civil Engineering continue our longstanding relationship with Northern Ireland Water with the recent award of their C1034 Building & Above Ground Asset Repair & Maintenance Lot 1 contract.
As always, we are #happyaslowry with a new contract award but particularly when it is a contract we have been providing for many years now with a much wider facilities management scope!
This contract will see Lowry Building & Civil Engineering deliver Building inspection, repair & maintenance services; Civil engineering work; Fencing & gate replacement & repairs; Winter maintenance activities; Installation & planned preventative maintenance & more.
We are currently planning a Meet the Buyer event for all potential subcontractors and suppliers for this and other recently awarded contracts so keep your eyes peeled for more information on this soon!
NI Water New Contract Award

Lowry Building & Civil Engineering are thrilled to be appointed by Northern Ireland Water onto their £1.68bn IF105 Integrated Partnership Framework to support the delivery of Northern Ireland Water water & sewerage capital investments.
Ready for Roe Valley!
We are delighted with the recent good news that Roe Valley Integrated Primary School design & build contract has been awarded to Lowry Building & Civil Engineering.
We are excited to commence the pre construction stage with our architects ARCEN & look forward to the construction stage later on in the year!

Delivering what matters with NI water
Lowry Building & Civil Engineering are working closely with Northern Ireland Water at Derg, Ballinrees, Belleek, Glenhordial & Killyhevlin Water Treatment Works to develop, test & install new & innovative dosing systems, producing top quality drinking water.
These involve value & creative engineering alongside the Northern Ireland Water & design teams to develop all civils, pipework & MEICA arrangements, producing the most effective fit of automatic instrumentation, containerised dosing plants, silos, sludge handling & press facilities for the existing treatment plants.
