IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Helpdesk administration and escalation
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of company’s LAN, WAN, WI-FI, and firewall infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Complete routine maintenance on company hardware
  • Work with Active Directory/ M365 Admin
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects
  • Incident Management

Essential Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desirable
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Approximately 1 year’s relevant experience in supporting, implementing, or managing IT services (or equivalent)
  • Experience troubleshooting a broad range of end-user IT issues

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with and supporting a Microsoft 365 tenant environment
  • Proven ability to log, prioritise, and resolve IT incidents in line with agreed service levels
  • Strong background in delivering end-user support, both remotely and on-site
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, access control, and configuration
  • Ability to take a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity issues
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and tickets is essential

SITE/ CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality requirements are adhered to
  • Undertake Surveying and setting out duties
  • Check drawings and quantities
  • Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department
  • Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme
  • Liaise with any consultants and sub-contracts engaged in the project as necessary
  • Supervise and monitor the site labour force and monitor the work of any sub-contractors
  • Ensure quality records necessary to meet quality requirements are maintained
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Arrange testing of materials
  • Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used
  • Keep a Site Diary
  • Fully interact with other members of the construction site team (team player)
  • Liaise with other function/departmental managers
  • Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as required by the Site Manager to facilitate construction of the works
  • Be comfortable with a variety of software packages

  • Provide bid management for bids across all sectors including education, healthcare, water etc.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of winning strategies for bids.
  • Write high quality and compliant responses to PQQ and ITT specifications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for all commercial management of assigned project(s).
• Forecast and CVR reporting.
• Identifying risks with Project Team.
• Monthly valuations/ applications to Clients.
• Final Account preparation and negotiation.
• Subcontractor and Supplier procurement.
• Subcontractor and Supplier measurement and payment, including final accounts.
• Change management (variations and compensation events).
• Attend project meetings and assist with any contractual issues on project.

Criteria:

• Professional qualification or degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

• Strong working knowledge of contract documents, construction practices & techniques
• Ability to interpret and make calculations based on drawings
