HR ADVISOR

Responsibilities Include: 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with internal department lead and liaising with external recruitment agencies to identify role requirements.
  • Screen applications and coordinate interviews to support the selection process and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Schedule and deliver new starter induction sessions.
  • Ensure employment contracts and right-to-work checks are completed in line with legal and company requirements.

HR Administration

  • Support payroll administration for weekly and salary paid team members.
  • Maintain HR records and carry out general HR administrative duties.

Performance Management

  • Coordinating performance review process across the company.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employee relations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes to maintain and improve team member engagement.
  • Support managers in handling absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance related issues.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification and minimum 1 years’ experience in an HR related role OR a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HR related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practice.
  • Proven experience in providing HR advice on employee relations matters.
  • Proactive, organized and professional approach to your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Helpdesk administration and escalation
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of company’s LAN, WAN, WI-FI, and firewall infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Complete routine maintenance on company hardware
  • Work with Active Directory/ M365 Admin
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects
  • Incident Management

Essential Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is desirable
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Approximately 1 year’s relevant experience in supporting, implementing, or managing IT services (or equivalent)
  • Experience troubleshooting a broad range of end-user IT issues

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working with and supporting a Microsoft 365 tenant environment
  • Proven ability to log, prioritise, and resolve IT incidents in line with agreed service levels
  • Strong background in delivering end-user support, both remotely and on-site
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, access control, and configuration
  • Ability to take a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity issues
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and tickets is essential

SITE/ CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality requirements are adhered to
  • Undertake Surveying and setting out duties
  • Check drawings and quantities
  • Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department
  • Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme
  • Liaise with any consultants and sub-contracts engaged in the project as necessary
  • Supervise and monitor the site labour force and monitor the work of any sub-contractors
  • Ensure quality records necessary to meet quality requirements are maintained
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Arrange testing of materials
  • Undertake the testing and calibration of instruments used
  • Keep a Site Diary
  • Fully interact with other members of the construction site team (team player)
  • Liaise with other function/departmental managers
  • Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility
  • Other duties as required by the Site Manager to facilitate construction of the works
