No Nonsense Nutrition

It was great to welcome clients and supply chain partners for a morning focused on health, wellbeing, and practical nutrition – everyone had the opportunity to receive health checks, including blood pressure and body composition assessments, alongside simple, actionable advice on nutrition to support energy, performance, and long-term health.

At LBCE, we recognise that the wellbeing of our people, partners, and wider industry network is fundamental to building a safer, healthier, and more sustainable construction sector.

A special thank you to Jane from Vital Nutrition for delivering a really engaging and informative nutrition workshop, and to the team from Health Matters for providing the health checks and valuable wellbeing insights throughout the morning.
